Ongoing challenges around the Myanmar conflict, migration issues, and natural disasters were compounded by significant global aid cuts in 2025. However, with the strong support of committed donors and partner organisations, we have been able to continue our work supporting the most vulnerable Myanmar people along the border.
From education scholarships and efforts to acquire legal status for undocumented children, to youth training initiatives and emergency support for displaced people, HWF has shown that in a time of funding withdrawals, we are here to stay.
